Confirm Your Why

Why are you working hard every single day?

Why can't I just sleep in?

Why can't I be lazy today?

Write it down.

Be Grateful

Write down 3 things you're grateful for every single day. It has to be new things you haven't written down before.

As an entrepreneur there's a lot of thing you need to do. Therefore, is prioritization necessary.

Use the ABC prioritization system to decide which tasks to perform during the day, and in order from important to extra.

You probably already some habits you want to be consistent with, but are struggling with procastination.

Habit trackers are proven to make you more consistent.

Time Blocking

You have probably tried getting into a "flow" state without knowing.

A flow state is when you are working and suddenly it's been 3 hours and it felt like 10 minutes.

With timeblocking you are more likely to get into a flow state drastically increasing your productivity.

Clear Your Mind

As an entrepreneur you most likely have a lot of things on your mind. Therefore, it's important to clear your mind before going to bed.

Getting all your thoughts down on paper will make it easier to fall asleep, as you are no longer laying in bed thinking about work.
